We met in Santa Barbara on August 30th, 2015, a small costal surf town, which makes it fitting that we’re getting married in a a European city with a similar seaside charm, exactly ten years later—on the day.

That fall, Steven was working at a local restaurant when Johanna walked in. He wrote a note on her receipt with his phone number. A tiny detail that shaped the rest of our story.

Now, a decade later, we’re celebrating in Biarritz, surrounded by the people who have been part of our story. August 30th has always been a meaningful day for us, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
